Morecambe Bay Walk 2025

Join us on the 25th May 2025 and enjoy a guided walk across the sands. The walk starts at 4pm this year, so why not have a quick drink in the lovely pubs located at either end of the walk or stay for some food afterwards and make an evening of it.

The walk from Arnside has varied terrain and is between 5.5 to 7.5 miles depending on the safest route. At some point in the walk you may be wading through the estuary so be prepared to have wet feet! Well behaved dogs are welcome. The sun doesn't set until 9.20pm so we will have ample time to finish the walk before it goes dark.

Please note: If you park in Arnside to start the walk, then you can get the short, scenic train ride back from Grange afterward. Alternatively, park at Grange and get the train before the walk to finish back at your car.
